I’m an experienced and certified Yoga Instructor by The Yoga Institute, Mumbai
Had been helping my students with managing their Physical, Mental and Emotional Well-being. My teachings include Yogasana, Pranayama, Meditation, Breathwork and Mindfulness.

I aim to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each of my classes. Through Intention, Meditation, Pranayama, Asana and Mindfulness my goal is to have my students leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed. I teach in a simplified language which enables my students to have a clear understanding of this holistic practice they are learning. I include effective demonstration and maximum hands on assists.
