I have over 20 years teaching experience based in primary schools in London and the Middle East - teaching 5 to 11 year olds, predominantly upper key stage 2 (years 5 and 6). I have led the gifted and talented department in my school supporting children across both key stages. I have a very successful track record in tutoring (over 20 years) and always build a great rapport with the tutee. I tutor primary English, maths, science as well as 11+. I form a positive rapport with all children I tutor, using a friendly but firm approach. Practical techniques used and caring approach. Very honest approach with parents and regular feedback and assessment provided. Homework and academic resources provided/recommended. Individual education programme developed geared towards tutee's level and needs. My sessions are a minimum of 1 hour.
