About ATHINA

As a passionate and reliable tutor, I am fully committed to helping students succeed. I bring not only subject knowledge in economics but also patience, professionalism, and a genuine interest in each student’s growth. I prepare thoroughly for each session, use clear and structured teaching methods, and adapt to different learning styles. Students can expect a supportive and judgement-free learning environment where their questions are encouraged and progress is regularly tracked. I take pride in being punctual, respectful, and approachable, and I work hard to build students’ confidence as well as their skills. Whether you're working towards an exam, trying to boost your grades, or just need help making sense of the subject, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

About the lesson

I take a friendly, structured, and student-centred approach to tutoring. My goal is to make economics clear, engaging, and relevant by connecting theoretical concepts to real-world examples. I tailor each lesson to the student’s goals, pace, and learning style—whether they need help preparing for exams, understanding complex models, or simply building confidence. My lessons typically run for 60 minutes, but I remain flexible based on the student's needs and attention span. Each session includes clear explanations, active problem-solving, and time for questions and review. I also provide optional follow-up exercises to reinforce key concepts between lessons. I hold a degree in economics and have 14 years of experience tutoring high school and university students, including international learners and exam prep candidates. I’ve helped students at various levels—from absolute beginners to those preparing for advanced courses—and I truly enjoy seeing their progress. Lessons are suitable for teens, university students, and adult learners looking to improve their understanding of economics.
