About Maie

Hello friends, Ahlan! My name is Mai. I am 25 years old and I was born and raised in Kuwait. I'm a lover of languages from the ancient and culturally-rich Arab Republic of Egypt. I am a private Arabic and English teacher with more than 2 years of experience. I'm a very passionate and energetic person who enjoys meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures. I'm a passionate reader, singer, and fitness enthusiast. Taking care of my body is a top priority. I hold a bachelor's degree in English language and a general diploma in education.

About the lesson

In my classes, we will be using different ways of learning like flashcards, clips from your favorite movies/TV shows with explanations of slang words and short stories to make learning Arabic a joyful experience. If you really want to become fluent, you've gotta fully immerse yourself in the language. It's not just about memorizing words and rules - it's embracing the food, the jokes, the whole cultural experience, you know? That's the approach I take with all my students. Yalla!
