With over 15 years of experience playing baseball at a highly competitive level, I bring vast knowledge and enthusiasm to my lessons. I have played at various levels, including travel ball, junior college, and NAIA, and have helped lead teams and players to success. I am eager and excited to share my experience, knowledge, and skills to help you compete at your highest potential.

About the lesson

As your dedicated coach, I offer comprehensive and engaging lessons tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.
Here is what to expect:

Custom training plans: every player is unique, and my training plans are customized to address your specific strengths and areas for improvement.

Fundamental skills development: you will learn essential techniques in hitting, pitching, fielding, base running, and many more based on specific needs.

Advanced techniques and strategy: I offer advanced training that includes position-specific skills, game strategy, and situational play.

Physical conditioning: my lessons include exercises designed to enhance your strength, agility, and endurance. You will learn how to condition your body and be in peak shape for the demands of baseball.

Mental preparation: I guide building confidence, maintaining focus, and developing a competitive mindset. We will discuss techniques for staying mentally sharp and handling the pressures of the game.

Video analysis: To provide you with detailed feedback, I use video analysis to break down your techniques when necessary. This allows us to identify areas for improvement and track your progress over time.
