About Marina
I am originally from China and have been living in New Zealand for nearly five years, working towards a bachelor's degree in sociology. I am passionate about reading, sociology, and philosophy, and deeply interested in cultural knowledge. I have a profound understanding of the significance of linguistic symbols and view language not just as a tool for communication but as a means of connecting relationships between entities. I am interested in exploring the capabilities and power of language in expression. In my teaching, I aim not only to teach basic knowledge but also to guide students towards understanding the deeper meanings conveyed through language. This unique perspective enriches my educational offerings, making them more impactful.
