About Phil
I am a trained scientist with over 15 years of experience in molecular biology and bioinformatics with a Master’s degree in Biology. Throughout my career, I have tutored students at both high school and university levels and have always genuinely enjoyed teaching and mentoring. In my current professional role, training and educating people is a daily responsibility, which keeps my teaching methods practical and effective. I approach every tutoring session differently, adapting my strategies to each student’s needs, learning style, and academic goals to ensure meaningful progress.

My lessons are structured, clear, and fully adapted to each student’s goals and learning style. I bring over 15 years of experience working in labs, a Master’s degree in Biology, and 10 years of university-level tutoring. I am bilingual in English and French, allowing me to teach comfortably in either language. I focus on deep understanding, exam readiness, and critical thinking, helping students gain confidence and long-term mastery of the subject.
