About Natalie
I am a Biology tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience and an MSc in Microbiology. My passion lies in merging traditional biology with cutting-edge computational approaches. I help students see how bioinformatics and computational biology can unlock deeper insights into life sciences. In my lessons, I introduce learners to the analysis of large genomic and proteomic datasets. We explore sequence alignment algorithms, phylogenetic tree construction, and data interpretation in ways that are both practical and easy to follow. I emphasize hands-on use of widely trusted bioinformatics tools, such as NCBI databases and BLAST, to strengthen skills that go beyond textbooks.
