About Rory
My lessons focus on understanding the living planet and the delicate balance that sustains it. I use a systematic and clear approach to break down complex ideas in ecology, ecosystems, biodiversity, and conservation. Each concept is explained step by step, making it easy to grasp even the most intricate interactions.
We explore real-world examples that show how all living things are connected and how ecosystems rely on balance and sustainability. From forests and oceans to wetlands and coral reefs, students see the practical side of ecological principles.

With over 9 years of teaching experience and an MSc in Neuroscience, I bring both expertise and passion to every Biology lesson. I specialize in marine conservation biology and ecosystem management, helping students navigate these complex topics with clarity.
I guide learners to understand the many threats facing marine biodiversity, including pollution, ocean acidification, and habitat destruction. Together, we explore evidence-based conservation strategies that aim to protect our oceans and their delicate ecosystems.
My lessons combine theory with real-world examples, showing students how biology connects directly to environmental protection. I work with learners who are curious, motivated, and passionate about marine science careers. Each session is designed to build strong knowledge while fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
I provide consistent guidance and feedback, ensuring students not only excel academically but also develop a meaningful appreciation for the natural world.
There is incredible joy in applying biology to safeguard our precious oceans. My goal is to inspire students to think, act, and contribute to a sustainable future. Together, we explore, learn, and protect the wonders of our living planet.
