About Precious
Hello, and welcome! I am an enthusiastic and dedicated Economics tutor with a BSc Honours degree in Economics and a strong academic foundation in both Microeconomics and Macroeconomics.
I understand that Economics can sometimes seem complicated, particularly when students are encountering concepts, graphs, calculations and economic terminology for the first time. My approach is to make Economics clear, practical and easy to understand by breaking down complex topics into manageable steps and connecting theory to real-world examples.
My lessons are patient, structured and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I focus on developing genuine understanding rather than encouraging students to simply memorise information. Students can expect clear explanations, relevant examples, guided practice, exam-style questions and support with developing well-structured economic answers.
I am proficient in English and teach my lessons in English. I welcome students at different levels, high-school students and university students who need additional support with Economics.
Whether you are struggling with the basics, preparing for examinations, or aiming to improve your marks and work towards a distinction, I am committed to creating a supportive learning environment where you can ask questions, build confidence and make steady progress.

My approach to tutoring is patient, structured and student-centred. I believe Economics becomes much easier when concepts are explained clearly from the basics and then connected to real-world situations. With my BSc Honours degree in Economics, I focus on helping students understand not only what an economic concept means, but also why it works and how to apply it correctly in assessments and examinations.
My lessons are tailored to each student’s level, learning pace and specific areas of difficulty. A typical lesson includes a clear explanation of the topic, practical examples, graphs and calculations where relevant, followed by guided practice and exam-style questions. I also help students develop correct economic terminology, logical reasoning, answer structure and exam technique.
I am proficient in English and conduct my lessons in English.
My lessons are suitable for high-school learners and university students studying Economics, including students who are new to the subject or need additional support with Microeconomics and Macroeconomics.
What makes my teaching approach unique is my focus on building genuine understanding and confidence rather than simply memorising content. My goal is to help students become independent learners who can confidently apply economic concepts to different questions and real-world situations.
