In my CAD (Computer-Aided Design) lessons, I focus on equipping students with the fundamental skills and practical knowledge needed to excel in various software platforms such as Revit, Lumion, AutoCAD, and Adobe applications. CAD is essential across industries like architecture, engineering, construction, and manufacturing, where precision and efficiency in design are paramount.

Lessons in Revit, a Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, start with basic navigation and modeling techniques, progressing to advanced topics like parametric design and collaboration tools. Students learn to create 3D models of buildings and structures, annotate drawings, and generate construction documentation. Practical projects simulate real-world scenarios, enhancing proficiency and preparing students for architectural design workflows.

AutoCAD lessons focus on developing proficiency in 2D drafting and 3D modeling. Students learn to create technical drawings, manipulate geometric shapes, and apply annotation and dimensioning techniques. Advanced topics include customization through AutoLISP programming and integrating AutoCAD with other design software. Practical exercises reinforce learning, enabling students to produce precise drawings used in architectural, mechanical, and electrical design.

Lessons in Lumion emphasize creating realistic visualizations and animations from CAD models.
