About Nichole
I am a certified teacher who currently works in an elementary school and brings over 14 years of classroom experience teaching kindergarten and first grade. I now work with English language learners, helping students develop strong language and literacy skills. As both an educator and a mom of two, I understand how important it is for parents to trust the person supporting their child’s learning. I am committed to providing patient, professional, and effective instruction in a supportive environment.

Provide structured, personalized literacy instruction designed to build strong foundational reading skills. My lessons focus on phonics and sound-symbol relationships, helping students understand how letters and sounds work together. I teach decoding strategies so students can confidently sound out unfamiliar words and become more independent readers.
For younger or struggling readers, I support early and emergent reading skills, including letter recognition, phonological awareness, blending sounds, and developing reading fluency and comprehension.
I am trained in the Orton-Gillingham Approach, a structured, multisensory method proven to help students—especially those who struggle with reading or show signs of dyslexia—build strong, lasting reading skills.
