About Manpreet

I’m a certified 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher, also trained in Kids Yoga. Yoga has transformed my life — helping me find balance, clarity, and inner peace — and I’m passionate about helping others experience the same. I believe yoga is for everyone, no matter your age, body type, or experience level. My approach is gentle, inclusive, and deeply mindful. I teach from the heart and love creating a safe, encouraging space where students can grow at their own pace, both on and off the mat.

As a certified 200-hour, 300-hour, and Kids Yoga teacher, I design sessions that are accessible, calming, and energizing — depending on your needs. I focus on building a deeper connection between breath, body, and mind. Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, my classes are personalized, non-judgmental, and nurturing.
