About Maher H
With over 7+ years of experience as a chemist and educator, I have taught college-level inorganic and organic chemistry, in addition to high school sciences and math. Holding a Master's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Washington, Seattle, I am passionate about helping students understand the theory and processes behind the material. My teaching approach involves engaging students through various methods such as practice, discussion, and visual exploration to ensure comprehension and build confidence. I strive to create a comfortable learning environment where students can excel and enjoy the subject matter. I am dedicated to assisting students of all levels of capability to reach their academic goals and succeed in their chosen careers.

I aim to make Chemistry engaging and comprehensible for my students by breaking down complex concepts into easily digestible parts. Through interactive discussions, practical demonstrations, and problem-solving exercises, I guide students to not just memorize facts but understand the underlying principles. I utilize various teaching tools such as rote learning, practice problems, visual aids, and real-world applications to reinforce learning. My goal is to instill confidence in students by helping them grasp the material and apply it effectively. With over two decades of experience in both academia and industry, I am well-equipped to cater to students of all skill levels and provide tailored assistance to meet their individual needs. My ultimate objective is to empower students to achieve their academic goals in Chemistry and beyond.
