About Lauren
I’m a 21-year-old law student with a lifelong passion for music and performance. As a former York Minster chorister, I received extensive vocal training and developed a strong foundation in classical singing, while also enjoying modern music across a wide variety of genres. Singing has always been a huge part of my life, and I love sharing that passion with others.
I’m a fun, friendly, patient, and approachable person who believes that everyone has the ability to improve their voice with the right guidance and encouragement. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have previous singing experience, I aim to create a relaxed, supportive, and positive learning environment where you feel comfortable to grow in confidence, express yourself, and enjoy every lesson. My goal is to help you develop healthy vocal technique, build confidence, and most importantly, have fun while discovering your unique voice.

My lessons are tailored to your individual goals and experience level, lasting between one and two hours. We will focus on developing healthy vocal technique through vocal warm-ups, vocal cord stimulation exercises, breathing control, pitch, tone, and confidence-building. Each session is designed to strengthen your voice, improve vocal endurance, and provide practical techniques you can continue using between lessons.
