About Ruth

I have a Masters in Classics and over 10 years experience teaching Latin at the University and High School levels. I have also worked with children. I am a certified school teacher in Canada. I speak six languages (including Latin)

About the lesson

Latin requires the study of grammar, but that doesn't mean it has to be boring. I tailor every lesson to each student's goals and needs. I use texts from a variety of topics and periods for practice and to keep things fun. I speak Spanish, French, Hebrew, and Italian in addition to my native English. I know the struggles and rewards of learning languages! I can help you in any of those languages. I also love to teach Biblical Hebrew and English.
