About Nora
I’m an experienced computer programming tutor with over 7 years of helping students develop strong coding skills and logical thinking. I come from a solid computer science background and focus on working with middle school students who are new to programming. My goal is to make coding simple, engaging, and enjoyable from the start. I introduce key ideas like variables, loops, and conditionals using clear examples and interactive lessons.
In my sessions, students build small projects such as games, animations, and simple apps. Learning by doing is very important. I guide them through hands-on exercises and problem-solving activities. I also use storytelling to turn coding challenges into fun and creative experiences. Debugging becomes a shared activity, like solving puzzles together.
I have helped many students grow in confidence and develop real interest in programming. I focus on both technical skills and strong thinking habits. Every step forward matters. I create a space where students feel comfortable learning and asking questions.

My teaching approach to computer programming is relaxed, practical, and centered on real-world use. I believe students learn best when they can connect coding to everyday technology. That’s why I use examples from apps, automation, artificial intelligence, and modern software systems. I cover both core programming concepts and related areas like web development, data science, cybersecurity, and software engineering.
I keep lessons clear and interactive. Students begin coding right away. We create small projects, test ideas, and solve errors together. This helps them understand how code behaves in real situations. I also include examples from current tools and platforms to keep lessons engaging.
My approach supports learners who enjoy building things and those preparing for more advanced study. I guide them in logical thinking and structured problem-solving. Confidence grows step by step.
