About Tamirah
I'm currently a student studying for my A Levels at Woodhouse College. I have been tutoring for over a year alongside a tuition company and also providing private tuition. I have tutored 7 students privately, who age from 7-16, and have helped them with their GCSE and SATs exams. Since the pandemic, lots of students have struggled to fill the gaps in their knowledge without external help, so my lessons have been a great help in boosting their grades and catching up with all the work!

I give lessons to primary and secondary school students, aiding them with homework, any outstanding schoolwork and also helping them to get ahead of their classmates! I start by having a small consultation where I can get an idea of the child's academic level and any topics where they specifically struggle. I then carry out a baseline test to further assess the student's capabilities within the chosen subject. The lessons usually consist of going through homework and then having an individual, tailored lesson that I prepare myself according to the national curriculum.
