About Gaurav
With over 10 years of experience in the IT and software development industry, I bring practical professional experience into my teaching. My goal is to make learning computers and Microsoft Office simple, comfortable, and useful for everyone, regardless of their current skill level.
I believe that anyone can learn technology with the right guidance and a patient, practical approach. Whether you are completely new to computers, a student looking to develop essential digital skills, a professional wanting to improve your Microsoft Office knowledge, or someone preparing for the workplace, I adapt my teaching according to your needs and learning pace.
My classes focus on practical knowledge that you can immediately apply in everyday life, education, and professional work. I explain concepts clearly, demonstrate them with real-world examples, and give students enough hands-on practice to develop confidence.
I aim to create a friendly and supportive learning environment where students can ask questions freely, learn at their own pace, and gradually become independent and confident computer users.

My teaching approach is practical, simple, and focused on building confidence through hands-on learning. I explain each concept step by step and encourage students to practice during the class rather than only listening to theoretical explanations.
A typical class begins with a brief introduction to the topic, followed by a live demonstration. Students then practice the same task themselves while I guide them, answer questions, and help them understand common mistakes. I gradually increase the difficulty as their confidence and skills improve.
For Microsoft Office, I focus on real-world tasks such as creating and formatting documents in Word, preparing professional spreadsheets and using formulas in Excel, and designing effective presentations in PowerPoint. I also cover essential computer skills such as file and folder management, internet usage, typing, email, and basic troubleshooting.
My classes are suitable for school and college students, working professionals, job seekers, senior citizens, and anyone who wants to improve their computer skills. The pace of teaching can be adapted according to the student's existing knowledge, learning goals, and comfort level.
The main goal of my classes is not just to teach which buttons to click, but to help students understand how and when to use the tools confidently in real-life situations.
