I am experienced culinary lecturer and a former trainer for cooking competition for Malaysia Abilympics team 2023 in Cake Decoration (win bronze medal in Metz, France),and experienced trainer for cooking all courses for competition such as BOTCH, CULINARE, and etc. Ive published few books including Theory of Food ( isbn:(concealed information)), Basic Eastern & Western Cookery (isbn:(concealed information)), Kitchen Essential (isbn:(concealed information)) and FoodPrinciples (isbn: (concealed information))
