About Veda

I am a dancer in London with a passion for health and wellness. I have been dancing my whole life, delving into classical, contemporary, and now commercial styles. I have been spending the past few years committed to growing in the heels and commercial space. I have trained across countries with some of the best in the industry. It is where I feel most at home and can connect with the best version of myself.

Apart from dancing, health and wellness have always been important to me. I practice Yoga and Pilates, and I am a firm believer in strength and mobility training. I like to bring elements of these things into my dance classes.

My goal is to one day create a solid community of heels dancers in London where we can train, grow, and build each other up. Heels has been instrumental in my own journey, and I want to empower other women in the same way.

About the lesson

I have been dancing my whole life, with the last few years dedicating myself to the art of heels. These classes are built to be exciting and help you level up as a dancer!!

My classes will take you on a journey to explore dance in a fun and interesting way without pressure. The specific curriculum will be constructed and moulded to fit your personal journey with dance and wellness.

We will delve into the following elements together, as well as any personal goals you have regarding health, wellness, and dance.

* Building confidence and comfort in heels
* Building strength and body awareness
* Improving flexibility
* Developing technique (Walks, Floorwork, Lines, Character)

Each lesson will be broken down to cover:

* Warm up
* Technique and knowledge
* Drills and execution
* Combinations and choreography
* Freestyle!!!
* Cool down
