With 15 years of dedicated experience in Kathak and Bharatanatyam, accompanied by bollywood, hip hop, contemporary and freestyle , I am deeply passionate about performing and teaching these classical dance forms. About the lesson

In my dance classes, I employ a blend of traditional and contemporary teaching techniques to ensure a holistic learning experience. My methods include:

Structured Progression: Each class builds on the previous one, gradually increasing in complexity to help students master techniques at a comfortable pace.

Usual Structure of a Class:

Each online class is structured to maximize learning and enjoyment:

Warm-Up (10 minutes): A series of exercises to prepare the body and mind for dancing.
Technique Practice (20 minutes): Focused drills and exercises to develop and refine fundamental techniques.
Choreography (20 minutes): Learning and practicing choreography, including the two chosen songs.
Creative Expression (10 minutes): Encouraging students to incorporate their personal style and creativity into the routine.
Cool-Down and Feedback (10 minutes): Gentle stretches followed by constructive feedback and a Q&A session.
