About Ezra
I am an Economics tutor with 7 years of experience teaching High School and College students. Over the years, I have successfully helped 200 to 300 students improve their understanding of economics and achieve their academic goals. I am passionate about making economics clear, interesting, and relevant to everyday life. My teaching philosophy is based on patience, clear communication, and adapting lessons to fit each student’s unique learning style. I believe economics is not just about memorizing facts or graphs but about understanding how the world works. To help my students succeed, I use real-life examples and encourage active participation through questions and discussions. One of my notable achievements is helping many students significantly improve their exam scores and gain confidence in challenging topics such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, and economic policy. I also focus on developing strong analytical skills that will help students beyond the classroom. I aim to create a supportive and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas. My goal is not only to help students pass their exams but also to inspire a lasting interest in economics. My teaching approach in Economics is grounded in clear communication, integrity, diplomacy, and collaboration. I believe that economics is more than just theories and numbers—it’s about understanding how people, businesses, and governments make decisions. My goal is to make this subject clear and relevant to each student’s life and goals.
I adapt my lessons to fit each student’s level and learning style, ensuring they feel comfortable asking questions and thinking critically. I encourage open discussions to explore different perspectives and develop a deeper understanding of economic concepts. Integrity is key to my teaching—I provide honest, constructive feedback to help students improve steadily.
Besides Economics, I also tutor related subjects like Business Studies, Finance, and Statistics. These areas complement economics and help students see the bigger picture of how markets and financial systems work. My lessons cover core topics such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, economic policy, and market behavior, all taught with practical examples and real-world applications.
Collaboration is central to my style. I work closely with students to identify their challenges and build personalized learning plans that highlight their strengths. Together, we focus on developing problem-solving skills and applying economic reasoning to real-life situations.
