About Dr Barman Uhum
Welcome! I am a dedicated and passionate educator with a strong background in Mathematics and Science teaching. I specialize in providing engaging and effective lessons for students in Years 8 to 10, as well as VCE Mathematics for Years 11 and 12. As a qualified classroom teacher, I bring a rich academic foundation to my teaching, holding a Master of Applied Learning and Teaching from Deakin University and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from RMIT University. With my combined expertise in education and engineering, I aim to make learning both practical and inspiring, helping students develop confidence, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of complex concepts.
