About Greg
Dr. Shofner has been involved with geology, physics, and chemistry in various ways for over twenty years; either studying, working, teaching or researching. I love exploring and learning about the Earth, and I became a teacher because I enjoy sharing my passion for science. My greatest hope is to open up my student’s minds to science and hopefully to give them new perspectives on the world. Each student is a personal and academic individual, and I adapt my approach to address their specific needs and direct tutoring efforts to advance learning success.
