About Simran Kaur

Hi! I’m Simran, an experienced and qualified English educator with 5+ years of teaching and tutoring experience across different age groups and proficiency levels. I hold a B.A. (Hons.) in English, a Master’s degree in English, a B.Ed./PGCTL from Dubai, UAE, and a TEFL certification specialising in Business English and Young Learner teaching. I have taught English in school, private and online learning environments, helping learners develop stronger language skills, improve academic performance and become more confident communicators. My teaching philosophy is simple: English should be understood, practised and used confidently—not simply memorised. I combine structured learning with engaging, personalised lessons that are adapted to each learner's goals, level and learning style.

About the lesson

I believe great teaching is about more than delivering a lesson. It is about understanding the learner behind the lesson.
My classes are designed for both school students and adult learners, from beginners to advanced levels. They are student-centred, interactive, personalised and goal-oriented, with lessons adapted to each learner's level, learning style and objectives.
Rather than relying solely on conventional, textbook-based teaching, I use real-life examples, meaningful conversations, practical activities and engaging discussions to make English easier to understand and enjoyable to learn.

Beyond the subject itself, I aim to be a mentor and guide, helping learners develop not only stronger English skills, but also confidence, communication skills and critical thinking.
My goal is simple: to make every lesson practical, engaging and meaningful—so you leave not just knowing more English, but feeling more confident using it.
