About Ratbek

Hello! My name is Ratbek, and I am an English teacher with more than 3 years of teaching experience.

I currently work in education and have helped students develop their English skills through practical, engaging, and goal-oriented lessons. In addition to teaching, I have real-world experience communicating with international professionals at the oil field projects, where English was used in everyday professional interactions.

I speak English, Russian, and Kazakh, which allows me to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt lessons to each student's needs and language background.

I believe that learning English should be both effective and enjoyable. My goal is to help students gain confidence, improve communication skills, and use English successfully in school, work, travel, and everyday life.

I am committed to creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and steadily improving their abilities.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is practical, student-centered, and goal-oriented. I believe that learning English should not only focus on grammar and vocabulary but also on real communication and confidence.

I have more than 3 years of teaching experience and currently work as a school teacher. In addition, I have practical experience communicating with international specialists at the Tengiz oil field project, which has helped me understand how English is used in real professional environments.

My lessons are tailored to each student's needs and level. A typical lesson may include speaking practice, vocabulary development, grammar explanations, reading, listening exercises, and feedback on common mistakes.
