About Kevin
A reliable, hard working, motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In my 31 year career I have taught on and managed various client / student focused English programmes covering ESOL, EFL, GCSE and Functional Skills, both in the UK and abroad. I have a wide range of experience dealing with people from all backgrounds, all nationalities and all ages, also providing support for fellow colleagues and effectively implementing key policies where required, meeting deadlines and targets as rigorously as possible.
A friendly, open person, I am well organised, with an ability to work both autonomously or as part of a team. I always strive to resolve any issues as quickly and diplomatically as possible. The success and satisfaction of any particular target group and fellow colleagues I might support are always central to my work.
Seeking a challenging, fulfilling post within, or away from, my main area of work experience. This will enable me to maximise the potential of my skills, particularly my interpersonal ‘people’ skills.
