About Asher
I have 12 years of teaching experience and hold a Master of Arts in TESOL. Throughout my career, I have worked with school students, university learners, professionals, and international students from many different countries. I enjoy helping learners discover that English becomes easier when it is practiced in meaningful situations.
One university student joined my classes before applying for postgraduate studies overseas and wanted to improve academic communication. We focused on essay writing, presentations, speaking confidence, and advanced vocabulary through practical weekly activities. After successfully achieving the required IELTS score, the student began studying abroad with confidence and shared how useful the preparation had been.
I believe language learning should inspire confidence instead of creating pressure. My classroom encourages curiosity, regular communication, and positive feedback because mistakes are valuable opportunities for improvement. Every learner deserves patient guidance and lessons that match personal ambitions.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading modern English literature, attending educational workshops, and exploring communication techniques that make language learning more effective. These experiences allow me to bring fresh ideas and practical examples into every class. I begin by discussing each learner's goals, strengths, and previous experience with English before planning lessons. This helps me design sessions that are practical, motivating, and suited to individual needs. Every class follows a clear learning objective while allowing plenty of time for interaction.
Grammar is introduced through meaningful communication so students understand how English is used naturally. Vocabulary develops through topics related to education, business, travel, technology, and everyday life that learners can immediately apply. Pronunciation improves through listening exercises, guided speaking practice, and constructive feedback throughout every lesson.
Reading activities include newspaper articles, academic texts, and short stories that strengthen comprehension and critical thinking. Writing tasks help learners organize ideas clearly while improving sentence structure, grammar, and vocabulary. Conversation activities include interviews, presentations, workplace discussions, and everyday situations that build confidence in real communication.
Students preparing for IELTS or TOEFL receive focused practice using timed exercises, examination strategies, and detailed performance reviews. Learners interested in Academic English strengthen essay writing, note-taking, and presentation skills, while professionals improve business communication and workplace confidence. Every lesson finishes with personalized revision tasks that encourage continuous improvement between classes.
