About Jason
I have worked in FE and Sixth Form Colleges and currently work in an Outstanding secondary school in South East London. I have experience teaching GCSE and A Level Media and Film Studies, Btec and UAL Creative Media Production. I have a proven track record in helping to students to achieve tops grades in order for them to progress on to the A Levels or Degree courses of their choice. I also have experience working for Media Studies examination boards, which involved marking exam papers and coursework, this gives me a real insight into what is expected from students in their end of year exams and coursework components.

I use a clear student centred approach to my teaching, assessing student's individual needs, building confidence if required, stretching them when necessary and preparing them for assessments, coursework and exams. I also use my many years of teaching experience and knowledge of the syllabuses to both assess their progress and achieve their learning objectives. As a practicing teaching, I also have access to proven teaching materials that can aid students in their learning and academic growth.
