About Azedine

Hello,

I have a solid background in Mathematics with 2 Master degrees in Financial Mathematics.

After an intensive course in Mathematics and Physics through the "Scientific Preparatory Classes" in France, I specialized in Mathematics applied to economics. I then completed my diploma with 2 Masters in Financial Mathematics.

I've met many students during my studies (some of them extremely gifted), and I've met many students as well as a private teacher.

Based on these experiences, I wanted to identify the winning strategies. I sprung to action researching teaching theory and techniques and designed my own teaching method.

I now confidently turor students to help them make tremendous progress in sciences.

About the lesson

It is easy to give up in mathematics, to get the feeling that our brain doesn't get it. How many students panic at the mere idea of solving a problem in front of the classroom ?

Math is unfortunately associated with pure genius. You're a maths whiz or you are not.

Truth is : maths whiz do exist and they exhibit an impressive ease in solving problems.

But without being a maths whiz, you can - with the right method, the right training and some discipline - make tremendous progress and become part of the top students.

To help students achieve this objective, I've designed a 3-steps strategy :

1) Get the basics right : one can't master complex maths notions if he/she doesn't master the basics
2) Learn the mathematical language: math is above all a language (a very specific one I admit) and to success, one needs to learn how to speak it perfectly
3) Train your logic: for some people, ability to solve problem is natural. For all the others, tools exist to train and muscle it

During my lessons, I go to the bottom of things to make sure students always understand.
