About Abongile
I am a flexible and hands on trainer, and I have trained a wide range of individuals in my years of experience. I have the utmost confidencein my ability to get my students results, as I have a proven track record of success that leads to that conclusion. I am well informed of training and eating methodologies for specific results, and can give you a firsthand account of effectiveness. I actually test my plans out prior to giving them to students to ensure their practical use, and not just relying heavily on theory-based plans that are rampant these days. I am also someone who takes a great deal measure to ensure the safety of my students, as their mental and physical wellbeing come first.

We work together towards achieving your goals through uniquely curated plans designed to get you to your results in the best way possible. Everything is broken down, eliminating all that industry jargon and focused on achieving results. I stay in communication even outside lesson times in case students have any questions which I'm readily available to answer.
