As a fitness trainer passionate about sustainable and smart training, I focus on personalized coaching tailored to each individual’s goals, body type, and schedule. Whether you’re aiming for weight loss, muscle gain, improved mobility, or just want to move better daily, I adapt my methods to fit your lifestyle and fitness level—beginner, intermediate, or advanced.
Teaching Techniques and Methods:
My training combines evidence-based techniques with a deep understanding of how different bodies respond to exercise. I prioritize form, injury prevention, and building long-term consistency over shortcuts or extremes. Sessions include a mix of:
• Strength training
• Mobility drills
• HIIT or low-impact cardio (based on your preference)
• Core and posture correction
• Recovery guidance (stretching, foam rolling, etc.)
Usual Structure of a Class:
Each session is 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your schedule, and typically includes:
1. Warm-Up (5–10 mins): Dynamic mobility and activation work
2. Main Workout (20–40 mins): Goal-specific exercises (strength, fat burn, etc.)
3. Cooldown (5–10 mins): Stretching, breathing, recovery advice
