About Neliswa
Hello everyone, my name is Neliswa Matiwane, and I'm excited to be your fitness tutor. A bit about me: I'm a 23-year-old health science in sport and exercise science graduate with a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. I've always been interested in fitness and have been actively involved in various sports and activities throughout my life. As I grew older, I realized that fitness is not just about physical health, but also about mental well-being and self-confidence. This realization sparked my desire to share my knowledge and experience with others and help them achieve their own fitness goals. I believe that fitness should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or background. As your tutor, my goal is to create a supportive and motivating environment that encourages you to push yourself, try new things, and have fun while doing it. I'm looking forward to getting to know each of you and helping you achieve your fitness goals. Let's work together to create a healthier, happier, and more confident you!
