About Bethsy
With 10 years of experience as a French tutor, I have taught High School and College students from different academic levels. I have guided nearly 150–200 students in building strong French language skills through structured and simple lessons.
My teaching philosophy is based on patience, understanding, and consistency. I believe learning French should be stress-free and practical. I use real-life examples, conversations, and exercises to help students understand concepts clearly.
I personalize each lesson according to the student’s needs and learning style. Whether the goal is exam preparation or spoken French improvement, I create lesson plans that support progress. I provide regular practice and feedback to help students stay motivated.
One of my key achievements is helping students overcome fear in speaking French and improve academic performance. Many learners have shown steady progress through guided practice.

My French teaching methodology focuses on real-world usage, flexibility, collaboration, and compassion. I believe language learning should be meaningful and useful. I use practical examples, case studies, and everyday conversations to help students apply French confidently in real situations.
Flexibility allows me to adapt lessons based on each student’s level and learning style. Whether students are learning for exams, travel, or professional communication, I customize lessons to meet their goals. I also revise topics until students feel comfortable and confident.
Collaboration is encouraged through interactive activities such as discussions, role-plays, and conversation practice. This helps students actively use French and improves their speaking and listening abilities.
Compassion is central to my teaching philosophy. I remain patient and supportive, especially when students struggle with grammar or pronunciation. I encourage continuous improvement and build confidence step by step.
In addition to French, I teach supporting subjects such as pronunciation and phonetics, vocabulary building, grammar foundations, communication skills, cultural understanding, reading skills, and basic writing techniques. This balanced approach supports complete language development.
