About Melisa

Hello and welcome to my page:) I am Melisa, medical student at Queen Mary University and tutoring is something that I love and have been doing for many years.

Helping with and reminding students of their abilities has always been incredibly rewarding, as all people need sometimes is some guided support:)

I specialise in GCSE Maths, GCSE and A-Level Biology, and Medical School Interview Preparation, offering personalised lessons that are tailored to each student's goals and learning style.

My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing in confidence. Whether you're looking to improve your GCSE Maths grade, excel in Biology, or prepare for medical school interviews, I'm committed to helping you reach your full potential.

About the lesson

As daunting as it may seem, GCSE Maths: with the right support, clear explanations, and consistent practice, can be overcome by everyone :)

Each lesson is tailored to your needs, helping you build confidence while strengthening your understanding of key topics.

Together we will break down difficult topics into simple, manageable steps and use plenty of examples to supplement your knowledge.

Questions are your best friends!! Feel free to ask as many as you want throughout the sessions :)

Lessons are typically 60 minutes long, although I can also offer shorter or longer sessions depending on your needs.

Each lesson is structured with a review of previous work, teaching of new content, guided practice, and exam-style questions to reinforce learning.
