About Despoina
Teaching allows me to share my love for the Greek language and culture while making a meaningful impact on each student's journey. I enjoy the challenge of adapting to different learning styles and finding creative ways to make lessons engaging and effective. For me, teaching is not just about passing on knowledge—it's about inspiring confidence, building connections, and supporting learners as they discover their potential. Seeing a student progress, gain fluency, and take pride in their achievements is deeply rewarding and continues to motivate me every day.

Greek
I create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel confident to express themselves and make progress at their own pace. My lessons are interactive and tailored to each learner’s needs, combining communicative activities with a strong focus on grammar, vocabulary, and cultural context. I use a variety of teaching methods including storytelling, visual aids, role-playing, and games to keep students engaged and motivated. I also integrate authentic materials such as songs, short videos, and texts to bring the language to life. Lessons are designed for learners of all ages and levels—from complete beginners to advanced students. I have experience teaching children, teenagers, and adults, both in groups and one-to-one settings.
