About Freya
I’ve spent over a decade teaching guitar, performing live, and mentoring aspiring musicians. My passion lies in helping students find joy in music, no matter their age or experience level. I teach with patience and enthusiasm, ensuring every student feels supported in their creative journey. My lessons are about more than chords and scales — they’re about discovering how music can inspire emotion, confidence, and personal growth. Outside the classroom, I compose, perform, and study new musical techniques. This ongoing creative practice allows me to bring energy, authenticity, and insight into every class I teach.

My guitar lessons focus on blending precision with creativity, ensuring students not only improve technically but also develop their own voice as musicians. Each lesson is thoughtfully crafted to balance structured exercises with creative exploration, making learning both effective and enjoyable.
Beginners learn posture, finger placement, and rhythm basics, while intermediate players advance through chord transitions, scales, and simple improvisations. For advanced learners, we focus on expression, tone control, and stylistic refinement — whether it’s classical, acoustic, or modern electric guitar. Ear training and music theory are seamlessly woven into each session for a complete musical understanding.
Every lesson emphasizes growth, confidence, and musical connection. I help students go beyond playing notes to feeling them, transforming every practice session into an experience of true expression.
