About Chee
I graduated from Oxford University in 2012 with a first class honours in MChem.
I obtained my teaching certificate in 2013, and have taught A Level Chemistry in non-selective school since then until 2018.
I then pursued my doctorate in organometallic synthesis and reactivity, at the Australian National University.
Having submitted in late 2020, I have since returned to teaching, this time with Year 9 students in 2021.

Oxford has taught me the importance of thought processes and I endeavour to teach all my students how to navigate questions and concepts by thinking out loud.
Some examples of my tutorials can be found at (concealed information) where I also share topical playlists for many learners globally.
Many students who had used my tutorials find my teaching style highly effective. My own students in non-selective school, achieved spectacular public examination results not because they regurgitated, but rather because they can play the system, being prepared in the best way possible.
I am prepared to offer 1-2 hour lessons, suitable for 14-16 years old IGCSE/GCSE/O Level students of any curriculum, as well as the 16-18 years old IB/A Level chemistry students.
