About Laila

I am an experienced educator & trainer with more than 10 years of experience teaching teenagers, college students, and adults in both classroom and online environments. My background includes professional training in Microsoft Office, digital productivity, communication skills, and learner support. A typical lesson begins with understanding the learner’s needs, previous knowledge, and goals. We then work through key topics together such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, email management, file organization, internet basics, or general computer skills.
