About Alex
I'm Alex Peternel, a multifaceted professional with a diverse range of experiences and skills that I'm excited to share with you today.
With a Master's degree in Laboratory Medicine, I've spent years leading day-to-day operations and managing teams in medical laboratories. My responsibilities included overseeing quality control, problem-solving, and integrating new procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Beyond the medical field, I co-founded video production companies, where I managed teams, handled content creation, and led social media efforts. My background also includes extensive experience in bartending and barista roles, where I served as a shift manager and team leader, emphasizing quality control and customer satisfaction.
I'm also an adventurous spirit, running a Slovenian-themed travel YouTube channel where I handle all aspects of production—from scripting and filming to storytelling and editing. This creative outlet showcases my storytelling abilities and technical skills.
My leadership experience extends to roles as a supervisor and picker in agricultural settings, where I managed teams, resolved conflicts, and ensured smooth operations.
