About Sara

As a passionate Engineering graduate with a strong background in Calculus and SAT prep, I am dedicated to helping high school students achieve their academic goals. With experience tutoring Calculus and Algebra throughout my undergraduate years, I focus on making complex concepts clear and manageable. My approach is friendly, supportive, and tailored to each student's needs, ensuring they gain confidence and excel in their studies.

About the lesson

For our lessons, I’ll be sharing my screen so we can solve practice questions together. I won’t assign additional homework, but we can work on your school assignments during our sessions. My typical lesson plan is 1 hour, and I usually recommend 2 sessions per week to maximize progress.

I hold a Bachelor's in Engineering, where I excelled in Calculus 1, 2, and 3. Throughout my undergraduate studies, I tutored high school students in Calculus and Algebra in the Academy for Mathematics & English, so I’m confident we can tackle any challenges together.
