About Savar
I have over four years of experience working with students one on one as a math tutor, helping learners at the middle school and high school level build genuine understanding and confidence in subjects like Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Precalculus. I am patient, adaptable, and focused on making sure each student truly understands the material rather than just memorizing steps for a test. I tailor every session to the individual student's needs, adjusting my explanations and pace until concepts click. My background working directly with students and parents has given me strong communication skills and a deep understanding of how to keep students motivated even when the material feels overwhelming. I have over four years of experience tutoring students one on one in math, working with learners of all different backgrounds and skill levels. My approach starts with understanding where each student is struggling and building from there, breaking down concepts step by step until they genuinely click. A typical lesson involves reviewing recent material, working through practice problems together, and making sure the student can solve similar problems independently before we move on. I specialize in Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Precalculus and work best with middle school and high school students who want to build real confidence in math, not just memorize formulas for a test.
