About Manny
I have been in education for over 15 years in various roles. This includes working as a tutor, teacher, and now administrator. I have a strong passion for mathematics, coaching students where they reach the "why" in each topic learned. It is more than just solving problems and memorizing. For me it is all about having students develop a complete understanding in each topic discussed, meeting the "why" while reviewing the concepts do develop fully in connecting to what they have learned.

My love and passion for mathematics shows no bounds. I have been a part of the education world since 2009 and have a wide range of experience from working as a tutor for various Mathematics subjects to being in the classroom in middle and high school. I have also worked as an administrator for a number of years being mentors to instructors on perfecting their craft. My goal each and every day is to bridge the gap in mathematics, specifically reducing math anxiety and have students develop a complete understanding. This involves a mix of making connections with the "why" certain math is done along with looking at how the algorithmic method connects to the "why".
My lessons consist of describing the learning objective, presenting and reviewing the topic, and being able to connect the current topic with prior knowledge.
