About Ava
I am a passionate mathematics tutor with over 5 years of experience and an MPhil in Mathematics. My goal is to help learners of all ages build confidence and reduce anxiety around math. I believe that anyone can succeed in mathematics with the right support and guidance. I use a holistic approach that combines personalized pacing, growth mindset techniques, and positive reinforcement. Every student’s learning style and pace are unique, so I tailor lessons to meet their individual needs. I focus on creating a safe and encouraging environment where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities.
