About Amrita
I have over 3 years of experience teaching mathematics and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. My passion lies in helping students explore discrete mathematics, especially those interested in competitive programming and algorithms. I focus on key areas like combinatorics, graph theory, recurrence relations, and algorithmic complexity. These topics are essential for solving complex computational problems efficiently. My teaching approach focuses on building a strong foundation in mathematics while preparing students for important tests like the SAT, GRE, and GMAT. This method helps students identify and overcome common mistakes, avoiding pitfalls that often cost valuable points.

Alongside math, I also guide students in related areas like quantitative reasoning and analytical thinking, which are crucial for these exams. My experience as both a math historian and teacher allows me to explain concepts clearly and make learning engaging.
