About Fernando
Hello! I’m Fernando, and my journey into meditation began during a challenging time in my life when I faced depression and felt the weight of supporting my family. Motivated by a desire for improvement, I discovered meditation as a powerful tool for transformation.
Through my practice, I experienced significant positive changes in my relationships and success at work. More importantly, meditation led me to a deeper understanding of the scriptures and the true nature of God. This journey not only enhanced my well-being but also illuminated my path toward inner peace and clarity.
Now, I am passionate about sharing the benefits of meditation with others. My teachings combine scientific insights with the timeless wisdom of Buddha, Christ Jesus, and Patanjali (Yoga), providing you with practical tools to connect with your inner self without religious constraints.
