About Emily
As both a musician and educator, I am deeply committed to making music education accessible and inspiring for everyone. Having personal experience with physical, mental, and neurological disabilities, I understand the value of patience, flexibility, and empathy in teaching. This perspective allows me to create lessons that meet each student where they are — ensuring that all learners feel seen, supported, and capable of success. My academic background in Audio and Music Technology has given me strong foundations in performance, composition, and music production. I want to share this knowledge with others — helping aspiring musicians not only succeed in their studies but also gain the confidence and skills needed to pursue future opportunities in the music industry. Music has always been a source of growth and empowerment for me, and my goal as a teacher is to help students experience that same sense of creativity, confidence, and achievement.

I offer comprehensive lessons tailored to each student’s goals and abilities.
Areas of Instruction:
-Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate music preparation
-Classical and contemporary piano performance
-Music theory, composition, and sight-reading
-Aural skills and score analysis
Students will also have full access to lesson notes, detailed lesson plans, homework materials, and my email for any questions or extra support, all included in the lesson price. My teaching approach is structured, encouraging, and adaptable—designed to build technical skill, academic confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for music. I aim to support students in achieving exam success while equipping them with the knowledge and creativity needed to pursue future opportunities within the music industry.
I am also able to cater to those with disabilities, including physical, mental, and neurological, to ensure that all students feel comfortable, safe, and seen.
