Junior was my guitar teacher throughout school, and even though I stopped having lessons around 12 years ago, Junior deserves a special mention in my musical education as I went on to gain a degree in popular music performance (specialising in Guitar performance) and become a successful professional musician after graduating.

My lessons with Junior as a teenager created a fantastic foundation for success without losing any of the enjoyment of playing guitar and making a good noise, which is mostly what playing the guitar is about!

Junior taught me how to play the guitar from the age of 15-18, he made it a genuinely fun experience which I looked foward to every week. He had an amazing breadth of knowlege, teahcning me everything from pop to metal and everthing inbetween. I'm sure this knowledge has only expanded since. 15 years later I still enjoy playing and regulary crack out the songs Junior taught me.

Junior is an amazing tutor. He not only taught and helped me improve my skills with the guitar, he also taught me to be a better musician. He is very patient and kind and takes the time to get to know you and your method of learning. This was especially important with someone like myself who has apsergers syndrome and takes a little bit longer to learn. He helped me pursue my hobby and thanks to him I am now in a band. I recommend junior to anyone looking to learn the guitar/ bass.

Junior helped me take my 1st shaky steps into guitar playing when i was 17 at school, and gave me the confidence and love of the instrument to keep playing years later. He is a laid back teacher that teaches to the style you want, regardless if it is rock, indie, funk, metal, punk etc. He is a wonderful, kind person who genuinely cares for his students.

Even though my ambition far outweighed my abilities, he was kind and adaptable and worked hard to help me towards my goal. I really looked forward to my session each week. Junior gave me some guitar lessons at my upper school when I’d just joined. Having had little experience playing guitar, I thought it would be good to see how I fared with a teacher.
I came into the lessons having little knowledge, but a passion for metal music and wanted to see if I could get something out of being properly taught guitar.
Junior was amazing with me. He was kind, listened to me and taught me a lot of skills I still carry with me today. He gave me the opportunity to learn what I wanted to learn, whilst giving me a great insight into techniques and theory I otherwise wouldn’t have been aware of.
Being a lot older now, I can confidently say Junior’s lessons in a lot of ways made me the guitarist I am today. He gave me so many recommendations of artists and styles to get into and it really opened my eyes.

Junior was my tutor during my sixth form years, and he also ran some guitar club days organised by my mum for younger kids in my village during the summer holidays.

He's a superprof because he's super friendly, super talented and - best of all for me - super patient! He explains things very clearly and breaks them down into smaller bits when struggling to get the information to click. (My first instruments were flute and piano, so a very different discipline indeed, and starting from absolute scratch, my main stumbling block was gettingmy head around not playing all the notes, and no dots and line sheet music!)

I'd recommend him because of this very good attitude to absolue beginers, and also because I know he can really make players with more developed skills shine. He's also just an amazing, all round top chap. ( I'm so glad to have reconnected via social media years later - amd that in itself speaks volumes, because my lessons were 20 years ago, but he's one of those teachers who inspires you, and remember them.)

Junior is very patient and gets on well with everyone.
Very skilled, understands his students learning level and pace.
Never misses or cuts lessons short. Actually the opposite, happy to over run if there is no follow on lesson to make sure his students get the most out of the lesson.
