About Kavita

I am a confident and patient English tutor with an international background and a strong passion for communication and personal development. Having lived and travelled abroad for over two years, I have worked in multicultural environments and understand the challenges of learning and using a second language in real life.

I am fluent in English, French and Spanish, which allows me to understand the learning process from a student’s perspective. I know what it feels like to search for words, hesitate while speaking, and build confidence step by step. This helps me support my students with empathy, clarity and structured guidance.

My professional background includes experience in hospitality, wellness and international client communication. These roles have strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, adapt to different personalities and create a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere.

I am organised, reliable and committed to helping each student reach their goals — whether that is improving conversational fluency, preparing for interviews, strengthening school performance, or gaining confidence in everyday English.

I take my teaching seriously and prepare each lesson carefully to suit the student’s level and objectives. My focus is always on progress, confidence and practical results.

About the lesson

I teach English in an engaging, supportive and results-focused way, adapting every lesson to the age, level and personality of the student.

For adults, my lessons focus on practical communication, fluency and confidence. I combine structured grammar with real-life speaking practice, helping students improve English for work, travel, interviews or everyday conversation. Lessons are interactive and discussion-based, with clear corrections and personalised feedback.

For children, I create fun, dynamic and creative lessons that keep them engaged and motivated. I use:
• Games and interactive activities
• Storytelling and role play
• Visual materials and creative exercises
• Simple and clear vocabulary building
• Positive reinforcement to build confidence

My goal with children is to make English enjoyable so they feel excited to learn and speak.

A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes (45 minutes for younger children if needed). Each class includes:
• Warm-up activity
• Structured learning focus (grammar, vocabulary, reading or speaking)
• Practice through conversation or activities
• Feedback and small follow-up task

I have experience working in international and multicultural environments, and I understand how to adapt to different learning styles. As someone who has travelled extensively and worked with both adults and children, I create a safe, encouraging space where students feel comfortable making mistakes and growing.

My lessons are suitable for:
• Children (primary and secondary level)
• Teenagers
• Adult learners
• Beginner to Upper-Intermediate levels

Above all, I focus on building confidence and helping students think in English naturally rather than translating word-for-word.
